Northwind Healthcare started trading in 2023, started by founders Colin and Tracey Cass, with a mission to change the face of healthcare across Scotland and beyond.

Our unique, site specific, bespoke training packages will enable our workforce to meet the growing needs and constant demands of private healthcare providers staffing levels and promote a gold standard of care for their patients and clients.

Our 3 directors have a multitude of experience that brings a fine balance to the overall team.

Colin brings 10 years of key nursing and healthcare experience, knowing exactly what is required to provide the clinical element of the agency with robust frameworks, tools and techniques to promote the exemplary care Northwind plans to distribute across the sector. Colin also draws upon his 20-years’ experience in the teaching and instructing environment bringing together an elite team of nurses and trainers to provide exceptional, bespoke training packages that can make a real difference to the current workforce of healthcare staff within the sector. 

Tracey has worked in the corporate environment of oil and gas as well as business relations for 20 years, making her experience invaluable for what is required within the fine structures, inner workings and operations of Northwind healthcare.
