We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver one-to-one complex care for adults (16+) in their own homes. You will provide specialist interventions such as tracheostomy and ventilator care, enteral feeding, complex medication administration, and seizure management, working autonomously and in line with personalised care plans.

Requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse (Adult/MH).
- Experience in adult complex care, acute, community, ICU, or HDU settings.
- Competency in tracheostomy/ventilation and enteral feeding (training available).
- Strong assessment skills, excellent documentation, and confidence working independently.
- Enhanced Disclosure and right to work in the UK.

Senior Complex Care Support Worker (SVQ3 Required)
Immediate Start for Qualified Staff: We have a specific, high-complexity clinical package in Aberdeen ready for commencement. We are looking for an SVQ3-qualified practitioner to lead the care for this client immediately following our screening and induction process.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must currently hold SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare (or equivalent) and have an independent right to work in the UK. Northwind Healthcare is unable to offer sponsorship at this time. Agency applications will be ignored.

The Role
We are looking for skilled, senior-level Care Workers to provide high-quality, one-to-one complex care for adults (16+) in their own homes. Because we deal with complex clinical needs, we require practitioners who are confident, experienced, and hold a minimum SVQ3 qualification.
You will support clients with critical tasks including:
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care.
- Suctioning and enteral feeding.
- Medication administration and daily living activities.
- Implementation of detailed clinical care plans.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum SVQ Level 3 (SCQF Level 7) in Social Services and Healthcare.
- Status: Must be SSSC registered (or eligible) as a Practitioner.
- Experience: Proven background in complex care or community care.
- Skills: Competency in (or a strong aptitude for) tracheostomy, ventilation, and enteral feeding.
- Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure (PVG) and existing right to work in the UK.

We are seeking an experienced and engaging First Aid Trainer/Assessor to deliver high-quality first aid training to individuals and organisations. You will provide accredited first aid courses, assess competency, maintain training standards, and ensure all content is delivered in line with current regulations and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first aid training courses (e.g., Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work, CPR/AED).
- Assess learner competence and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training materials, equipment, and records meet regulatory and organisational requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of first aid guidance and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Recognised teaching/training qualification (e.g., PTLLS/AET, CET) or equivalent.
- Valid First Aid at Work qualification.
- Experience delivering first aid training and assessing learners.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Enhanced Disclosure and right to work in the UK.
